Bike Safe has always tried to work constructively with others to make the B4044 community path a reality.

This includes:

• The County Council which is the relevant highway authority

• The University of Oxford, which owns much of the land where the path is likely to be built

• Local councillors and MP’s especially those who have a particular responsibility for or interest in cycling and walking

• Local landowners who may be affected by or benefit from the path

• Other cycling and active travel organisations in Oxford. Our closest collaboration is with Cyclox, COHSAT and the Oxfordshire Cycling Network (OCN)
